Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, worldwide shipping is available on request. International orders carry a flat £29.99 delivery charge and typically take 14–21 business days, with tracking on every order. Contact us before ordering. You're responsible for checking that products can be legally imported where you are.
Where can I get a certificate of analysis?
Certificates of analysis are available on request for any compound or batch. Contact us with the product name and batch number.
How should the peptides be stored?
Store lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides at −20°C, away from light. Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C and avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
What form are products supplied in?
The form is stated on each product page, for example lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder in a sealed vial.
