Lyophilised material has been freeze-dried: water is removed at low temperature and pressure, leaving a dry powder or cake in the vial.
Keep vials sealed and store them in the conditions stated on the product page and the batch documentation. If no condition is stated, contact us before storing rather than assuming.
Protect vials from light and moisture. Before opening a vial that has been kept cold, let it reach room temperature while still sealed. This limits condensation forming on the material.
Record the batch number, date received and storage location for every vial, so material can always be traced back to its documentation.
